AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 108,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL
CODE,TO REQUIRE THIS CITY CLERK TO POST AN AGENDA OF ALL
COUNCIL MEETINGS AS REQUIRED BY LAW,AND TO LIST ON THE
AGENDA ALL ITEMS REQUESTED BY THE MAYOR OR ANY COUNCIL
MEMBER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 108.6 of Chapter 108 Waukee Muni-
cipal Code,Powers and Duties of Municipal Officers,is
hereby amended by adding thereto as subparagraph DD,"The
City Clerk shall post an agenda of all council meetings as
required by law,and list on the agenda all items request-
ed by the Mayor or any council member,"so it reads as
follows:
§108.6DD The City Clerk shall post an agenda of all
council meetings as required by law,and
