AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM A-l
(AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT)TO R-2 (TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT);AND PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP AND THE REPUBLICATION OF SAID MAP TO REFLECT
SAID ZONING CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of Waukee:
Section 1.property Rezoned.
"A tract of land located in the S.E.1/4 of
Section 33T79NR26 West of the 5th p.M.,
Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa is described as
followS:Commencing at the Center of said
Section 33,Thence SOo_OO'E,along the West
line of the S.E.1/4 of said Section 33,
1860.00 feet;Thence N89°-53'E,461.96 feet
to a point on the South line of Lot 120,
Co rene Acres plat 8,an Official Plat and to
the point of Beginning,Thence continuing
