AN ORDINANCE RE-ADOPTING THE WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE AS THE
1988 WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE.
Be It Ordained by the Council of The City of Waukee,
Iowa:
§102.1.Adoption.The City Council having found
the livaukeeMunicipal Code,as amended to the 18th day of
October,1988,as now edited and compiled,to be adequate as
the municipal code of the municipal corporation of the City
of Waukee,Iowa,the City Counc i1 does hereby re-adopt the
Waukee Municipal Code as the 1988 Waukee 11unicipal Code.
