AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE
CODE,ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
DEFINING AN AREA WHERE OFF-~TREET ~ARKING I~NOT
MUNICIPAL
IOWA,BY
REQUIRED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.22 of Chapter 301 Waukee
Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,is hereby
amended by adding thereto subsection "CO which shall read
as follows and by relettering subsequent paragraphs:
§301.22C Notwithstanding the provisions of subsec-
tions A and B hereof,no off-street parking
shall be required for any building or part
thereof located within the following des-
cribed area:
Commencing with the alley on Locust,west
of 6th St reet,thence north to Ashworth,
southeast to west edge of Lot 18 on 6th
St,northeast along west edge of Lot 18 to
6th St.,north to right-of-way of Chicago
and Northwestern railroad,southeast along
Chicago and Northwestern railroad right-of-
way to 4th Street,thence south to include
east edge of C-2 district to Locust and
west for first mentioned alley.
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in
effect after its final passage,approval,and pub Li c a t i on
as required by law.
Passed by the Council the 14th day of April,1987,and
Approved this 14th day of April,1987.
