AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 202,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL
CODE,PROVIDING RATES FOR GAS FURNISHED USERS BY THE MUNI-
CIPAL GASWORKS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 202.1 of Chapter 202 Waukee Muni-
cipal Code,establishing rates for gas furnished users by
the municipal gasworks distribution system of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by delet ing the "F i rm Re-
sidential and Commercial"Table from Section 202.2 and in-
serting in lieu thereof the following:
Firm Residential and Commercial
Monthly
First 500 cu.fto or less $2.81 per CCF
Next 1500 cu.fto .71 per CCF
Next 8000 cu.fto .52 per CCF
Over 10,000 cu.fto .50 per CCF
Minimum Monthly Charge 2.81
Interruptible .49 per CCF
Commercial Grain Drying $.46 per CCF
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be
in effect after its final passage,approval,and publica-
tion as required by law.
Passed by the Council the 8th day of September~1987,and
Approved this 8th day of September,1987.
