ORDINANCE NO.2061
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,PARKING REGULATIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY or WAUKEE,IOWA,BY ESTAB-
LISHING 15 MINUTE PARKING ON PORTIONS OF THE WEST SIDE OF
FOURTH STREET,NO PARKING ON PORTIONS OF EAST STREET AND
PORTIONS OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 502.3 of Chapter 502 Waukee
Municipal Code,Parking Regulations of Motor Vehicles
within the corporate limits of the City of Waukee,Iowa,
is amended by inserting subparagraph "A"as follows:
A.No parking on
South line of
north line
extended.
East Street from the
Ashworth Drive to the
of University Avenue
and further amended by relettering all subsequent para-
graphs thereof.
Section 2.Section

Street;and 15 minute parking shall be
allowed on the west side of Fourth
Street from a point 399 feet south of
the south line of Locust Street to a
point 454 feet south of the south line
of Locust Street.
Section 3.Section 502.4 of Chapter 502 Waukee
Mun ic ipal Code is further amended by adding subparagraph
"0"thereof to read as follows:
