AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 202,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,PROVIDING RATES FOR GAS FURNISHED USERS BY THE
MUNICIPAL GASWORKS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 202.1 of Chapter 202 Waukee
Municipal Code,establishing rates for gas furnished users
by the municipal gasworks distribution system of the City
of Waukee,Iowa,is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the schedule as set out beneath the words "Firm Residen-
tial and Commercial"and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
Monthly
First 500 cu.ft.or less
Next 1500 cu.ft.
Next 8000 cu.ft.
Over 10,000 cu.ft.
Minimum monthly charge
$2.96 per CCF
.75 per CCF
.55 per CCF
.53 per CCF
2.96
Interruptible (Rate 2).52 per CCF
Section 2.Effective Date.
