AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY
DEFINING ACCESSORY BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.3 of Chapter 301 Waukee Muni-
cipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,the definition
of Accessory Building,is hereby amended by inserting
after the word "used"in the se cond line,the words "with,
or"and shall read as follows:
§30l.3 ACCESSORY BUILDING.Any structure designed
and used,or in tended to be used,with,or
for one of the "Accessory Uses"1 isted in
each of the zoned districts as set out in
this Ordinance.
Section 2.Effective Date.
