AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO
PROVIDE FOR THE INCLUSION OF ASSEMBLY HALLS IN C-l
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.16A (5)of Chapter 301 Waukee
Mun icipal Code,Zon ing Ordinance of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,is hereby amended by adding thereto subsection (eee)
"Assembly Halls".
