AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL
CODE,PARKING REGULATIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY UF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY AMENDING
SECTION 502.1 TO DELETE "THIRD STREET";BY AMENDING
SECTION 502.3 TO ALLOW PARKING UN THE EAST SIDE OF THIRD
STREET NORTH OF ASHWORTH DRIVE;BY AMENDING SECTION
502.4 (I)TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON EITHER SIDE OF NORTHVIEW
BETWEEN THIRD AND FOURTH STREETS;AND BY AMENDING SECTION
502.4 (J)TO PROVIDE FOR PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
NORTHVIEW BETWEEN FOURTH AND SIXTH STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 502.1 of Chapter 502,Waukee
Municipal Code,Parking Regulations of Motor Vehicles
withing the Corporate Limits of the City of Waukee,Iowa,
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the words "Third
Street",so that Section 502.1,as amended,shall read as
follows:
§502.1 No parking is permitted at any time on either
side of the following North-South streets:
East Road Second Street
First Street Tenth Street
Section 2.Section
Municipal Code,is amended
A thereof the following:
502.3 of Chapter 502,Waukee
by inserting after subparagraph
B.No parking
except that
side of 3rd
on either side of 3rd street,
parking is allowed on the east
street North of Ashworth Drive.
and Section 502.3 is further amended by relettering all
subsequent paragraphs thereof.

Section 4.Section 502.4(1)is amended by adding
thereto the words "Street to Fourth Street,so that

1.No parking on either side of Northview from
Third Street to Fourth Street.
Section 5.Section 502.4 is further amended by
adding to 502.4(J)the following words "and from Fourth
Street to Sixth Street",so that said Section 502.4(J)
shall read:
J.No parking south side of Northview from
Third Street to East Road and from Fourth
Street to Sixth Street.
