RESOLUTION 19-463
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[HOUGHAM SUBDIVISION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Merit Construction of Cedar Rapids, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Hougham Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Hougham Subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16t' day of December, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Hougham Subdivision.
