AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 203,
CODE,WATER RATES TO BE CHARGED BY
OPERATED BY THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA.
WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
THE WATER WORKS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 203.3,Waukee Municipal Code,is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
"§203.3.Payment.All water payments are
due on the 25th day of the month following the
close of the previous month's billing and shall
be paid to the City Clerk.The City Clerk shall
mail the bill for water payments to the customer
at the address of the customer."
and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"§203.3.Payment.All water payments are
due at the same time as gas payments,as gov-
erned by the Waukee Municipal Utilities Gas
Tariff on file with the Iowa State Commerce
Commission,as the same may,from time to time,
be amended;and all provisions of said Tariff
relating to the due date for payment,notifica-
tion,and penalties for late payment shall
apply to water payments also."
