AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,TO
PROVIDE FOR INCLUSION OF CHILD CARE CENTERS AND NURSERY
SCHOOLS,AND ALSO TO PROVIDE FOR NURSING HOMES AND
RETIREMENT HOMES IN C-l DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
