AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 211,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,REGULATIONS GOVERNING MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM
CONNECTIONS AND SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 211.8 of Chapter 211 Waukee
Municipal Code,regulations governing municipal water
system connections and services,is hereby amended by
deleting §2ll.8 and sUbstituting in lieu thereof as
follows:
§2ll.8 Fee for Permit and Connection with the
Public Water System.Before any permit is
issued and any connection to the pub Li c water
system authorized,the person who makes the
application shall pay to the City Clerk a fee to
be set by resolution of the council of the City
of Waukee which shall cover the cost of issuing
the permit,supervising,regulating and inspec-
ting the work,and making necessary engineering
studies.
Section 2.Effective Date.

publication as required by law.
