AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 108,WAUKEE,
CODE,establishing the powers and duties of
officers.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 108.11 of Chapter 108 Waukee
Municipal Code,establishing the powers and duties of
municipal officers,shall be amended by deleting in the
second line thereof,"and physician"so that the ordinance
is amended to read as follows:
§108.11.Powers and duties of
Officer.The duties of the
officer shall be as follows:
