AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 107,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,Providing for the appointment and qualification of
municipal officers.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 107.4 of Chapter 107 Waukee
Municipal Code,appointment and qualification of municipal
officers,shall be amended by deleting in the third line
thereof,"two (2)years"and inserting in lieu thereof
"one (1)year"so that the ordinance is amended to read as
follows:
