ORDINANCE NO.2040
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER Sections 202.1 and
202.2,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL CODE,by amending Section 202.1
providing rates for gas furnished users by the municipal
gasworks distribution system of the City of Waukee,Iowa,
and by amending Section 202.2 to establish June 12,1984,
as the date after which gas rate increases by Northern Na-
tural Gas Company shall be passed on to the consumer.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 202.1 of Chapter 202 Waukee
Municipal Code,establishing rates for gas furnished users
by the municipal gasworks distribution system of the City
of Waukee,Iowa,is amended by deleting therefrom the
schedule as set out beneath the words "Firm Residential
and Commercial"and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
Monthly
First 500 cu.ft.or less
Next 1500 cu.ft.
Next 8000 cu.ft.
Next 20,000 cu.ft.or over
Minimum monthly charge
$3.29

Interruptible (Rate 2)$.58 CF
Section 2.Section 202.2 of Chapter 202 is hereby
amended by deleting "April 23,1980,"and inserting in
lieu thereof "June 12,1984".
Section 3.Effective Date.

publication as required by law.
