AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 211,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,REGULATIONS GOVERNING MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM
CONNECTIONS AND SERVICES,BY DECREASING THE FEE FOR PERMIT
from $50.00 to $15.00
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 211.8 of Chapter 211 Waukee
Municipal Code,regulations governing municipal water
system connections and services,by deleting in the third
line thereof,"$50.00"and inserting in lieu thereof
"$15.00"so that the ordinance is amended to read as
follows:
§211.8.Fee for Permit.Before any permit is
issued the person who makes the application
shall pay $15.00 to the City Clerk to cover the
cost of issuing the permit and supervising,
regulating and inspecting the work.
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall
be in effect after its final passage,approval,and
publication as required by law.
