AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY
DEFINING A SWIMMING POOL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.10B(2)of Chapter 301 Waukee
Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,is hereby
amended by adding thereto "or any enclosure designed for
wading or swimming which shall be deemed to be a swimming
pool if it is capable of holding 18 inches depth of water"
and shall read as follows:
§301.10B(2)Private swimming pools when enclosed with
a non-climbable fence at least forty-two
inches (42)in height or any enclosure
designed for wading or swimming which
shall be deemed to be a swimming pool if
it is capable of holding 18 inches depth
of water.
Section 2.Effective Date.
