AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR MANNER AND TIME OF PAYMENT
FOR AS SERVICE AS SET FORTH IN THE WAUKEE MUNICIPAL UTILI-
TIES GAS TARIFF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 202.4 of Chapter 202,Waukee
Muncipal Code,establishing due date for payment for gas
be amended by deleting therefrom all of said section and
inserting in lieu thereof the following:
§202.4.Payment.Gas payments shall be
governed by the Waukee Municipal Utilities
Gas Tariff,as the same may,from time to
time,be amended,on file with the Iowa
Sta te Commerce Commission.
Section 2.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be
in effect after its final passage,approval,and pUblica-
tion as required by law.
