ORDINANCE NO.2005
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 609,OTHER CRIMES BY
PROHIBITING THE THROWING AND SHOOTING OF MISSILES OR OTHER
DANGEROUS OBJECTS AND PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGING OF ANY
FIREARMS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.
Municipal Code,
substituting for
Section 609.10 of
Other Crimes,is
"609.10"the figures

hereby amended by
"609.11".

609.10 Throwing and Shooting.
Any person who throws stones or missiles of
any kind or who shoots arrows,rubber guns,
slingshots,air rifles,or other dangerous
instruments or toys on or into any street,
highway,alley,sidewalk or public place or
the property of another;or any person who
discharges any firearm within the limits of
the City of Waukee,Iowa,is guilty of a
violation of this Section.
Section 2.Effective Date.
