ORDINANCE No.2009
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502,PARKING REGULA-
TIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON AREAS OF
STREETS NOT USED FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 502.12 of Chapter 502 Waukee
Municipal Code,parking Regulations of Motor Vehicles
Within the Corporate Limits of the City of Waukee,Iowa,
is hereby amended by inserting at the end,subparagraph G.
as follows:
G.On any area of a street not improved,
designed,or ordinarily used for ve-
hicular travel,except as otherwise
provided herein,in areas approved
for parking.
Section 2.Effective date.This ordinance shall be
in effect after its final passage,approval,and publica-
tion as required by law.
