ORDINANCE NO.2015
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 501,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,Regulation of Traffic Upon the Use of the Streets of
Waukee,Iowa,and Providing Penalties,by amending the
provisions for school stop instructions.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Schedule B -School
following §501.22 is hereby amended
present text of subsection A,and
thereof the following:
Stop Intersections
by deleting the
inserting in lieu
A.At the crosswalk 349.0 feet south of the
South line of Ashworth Drive on 4th Street
controlling traffic on 4th Street.
