AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FROM R-3 (MULTI-FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL DISTRICT)TO R-2 (ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DIS-
TRICT)AND PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP AND THE RE-PUBLICATION OF SAID MAP TO REFLECT SUCH ZONING
CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Property Re-zoned.The zoning of
following described real estate shall be changed from
(Multi-family residential district)to R-2 (one and
family residential district):
the

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the
South right-of-way line of Northview Drive and
the centerline of 4th Street;thence North
along the centerline of 4th Street to a point at
its intersection with the North line of Lot 18,
Teig &Garnes Addition,as extended;thence West
to the Northwest corner of Lot 15,Teig &Garnes
Addition;thence South along the West line of
said Lot 15 to the point at which said West line
intersects,if extended,with the South right-
of-way line of Northview Drive,if extended;
thence East to the Point of Beginning.
Section 2.Effective Date.
