BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee: Section 1.Section 202.1 of Chapter 202 Waukee Munic ipal Code,Gas Rates,is hereby amended by deleting therefrom in the Monthly Rate schedule relating to interruptible service,the amount of $.26 per CCF and inserting in lieu thereof "$.25 per CCF"so that the ordinance is amended to read as follows: Interruptible (Rate 2)$.25 per CCF. Section 2.Effective Date. be in effect after its final publication as required by law.
