AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,
CODE,Zoning Ord inance of the City of Waukee,
increasing the amount of the minimum value of
buildings or fences from $25.00 to $200.00.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.24B of Chapter 301 Waukee
Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom in the eleventh line
thereof,"$25.00"and inserting in lieu thereof "$200.00"
so that the ordinance is amended to read as follows:
§301.24B.Building Permits Required.
B.Building Permits Required No building
or other structure shall be erected,moved,add-
ed to or structurally altered wi thout a permit
therefore,issued by the administrative offi-
cial.No work on such building or structure
shall be done until a permit shall have been
issued.No building permit shall be issued ex-
cept in conformity with the provisions of this
Ordinance,except after written order from the
Board of Adjustment.Permits shall not be re-
quired for accessory buildings under two-hundred
($200)dollars in value or for fences.See
Section 301.27 for schedule of fees.The
Council may,for good cause shown waive the fee
required herein where the building,structure,
accessory building or fence is constructed by a
charitable,educational,or religious organiza-
tion for public purposes.
