AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 301,WAUKEE,MUNICIPAL
CODE,Zoning Ordinance of the City of Waukee,Iowa,by
regulating the placement of buildings and structures other
than mobile homes in "R-6"District.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.15 of Chapter 301 Waukee
Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City,is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom subsection E.(4),and
inserting in lieu thereof the following:
E.(4)The individual mobile home lot
shall contain not less than four
thousand two hundred seventy-five
(4,275)square feet and shall
measure at least forty-five (45)by
ninety-five (95)feet.Each lot
shall have a front yard not less
than twenty (20)feet in depth
measured from the edge of the
surfaced private street to the
closest point of the mobile home.
Side and rear yards shall be
provided and maintained so as to
provide a minimum separation at the
nearest point between mobile homes,
and other buildings and structures
on adjoining lots,of at least ten
(10)feet;however,side yards as
so described shall not be less than
five (5)feet,and rear yards as so
described shall not be less than
eight (8)feet,for any structure.
No buildings or structures shall be
placed wi th in twenty (20)feet of
the front lot line.
Section 2.Effective Date.
