RESOLUTION 19-418
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ASHWORTH SOUTH PLAT 21
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, McAninch Corp. of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Ashworth South Plat 2; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Ashworth South Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 40' day of November, 2019, that it hereby accepts the ublic improvements
associated with Ashworth South Plat 2.
