RESOLUTION 19-419
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[DEERY BROTHERS WAUKEE DEVELOPMENT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, The Rose Companies of Cedar Falls, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Decry Brothers Waukee Development; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Decry Brothers Waukee Development and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 0 day of November, 2019, that it hereby accepts th �c improvements
associated with Decry Brothers Waukee Development.
