RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
Section 1.That the following bid for the construction of certain public
improvements described in general as construction ofL.A.Grant Parkway Paving
Project from Ashworth Road to 312th Place,described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council on September 17,2007,be and is hereby accepted,the
same being the lowest responsible bid received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:Concrete Technologies,Inc.of Urbandale,Iowa
Amount of bid:$944,131.05
Portion ofproject:All Construction Work.
Section 2.That the Mayor and Clerk aTe hereby directed to execute contract with
the contractor for the construction of the public improvements,such contract not to be
binding on the City until approved by this Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 5th day of Octo ber,2007.
