RESOLUTION 08-216
AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION AND EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR
STREET LIGHTING SERVICE CONTRACT (MIDAMERICAN ENERGY
COMPANY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to enter into a Street Lighting Service Contract with
MidAmerican Energy Company in regard to the provision of street lighting services for
the City of Waukee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this Sth day of September 200S that the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby
authorized to negotiate and execute said agreement on behalf of the City,and the
Deputy City Clerk to attest such signature,if necessary.
