RESOLUTION 08-238
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
HICKORY COMMERCIAL PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hickory Hills Properties,LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Hickory Commercial Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City ofWaulcee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Hickory Commercial Plat 2 on October 14,2008;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Hickory Commercial Plat 2 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this zo"day of October 2008 that the Final Plat for Hickory Commercial Plat 2 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City ofWaulcee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat subject to final review and approval by the City
Attorney:

Private Easement for Water Main;
Private Easement for Detention.
Private Easement for Storm Sewer:
Private Easement for Ingress-Egress;
Private Easement for Temporary Surface Water Flowage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Hickory Commercial Plat 2,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
