Finally approving plans,specifications,forms of contract and estimate of
cost for the 2008 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program between and among the
cities of Waukee,Urbandale,Clive and Norwalk
WHEREAS,this Council has heretofore held a public hearing on detailed plans,
specifications,forms of contract and estimate of cost (the "Contract Documents")for the
proposed 2008 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program (the "Project");
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.The Contract Documents referred to in the preamble hereof are
hereby finally approved,and the prior action of the Council approving them is hereby
finally confirmed contingent upon the City Attomey's review of the revised contract to
ensure that it reflects that each City is responsible only for payments for work performed
within the City's jurisdiction,and the Project,as provided for in the Contract Documents,
is necessary and desirable.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts of resolutions 111 conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
