RESOLUTION 08-239
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR MEDICAP PHARMACY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Medicap Pharmacy on October 14,2008;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Medicap Pharmacy is in general conformance with §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Arterial Corridor
Overlay District;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this zo"day of October 2008 that the Site Plan for Medicap Pharmacy is
approved.
