RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S STATE OF IOWA 2008
FINANCIAL REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE THE REPORT WITH
THE AUDITOR OF STATE
WHEREAS,The Waukee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee,the State ofIowa 2008 Financial Report for the City of Waukee,Iowa;
AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total Revenues in the amonnt of $35,283,147 and total
Expenditures of$42,152,445 with an Ending Fund Balance of$14,002,140;AND
WHEREAS,the report is required to be published and submitted to the Auditor of State
by December 1st of each year;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City ofWankee hereby approves
the State ofIowa 2008 Financial Report and directs the Director of Finance to publish the
annual report,and submit it to the Auditor of State,this 17th day of November 2008.
