RESOLUTION 08-275
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH 360 WICHITA.COM,LLC,FOR CITY OF
WAUKEE WEBSITE DESIGN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a committee was established to research companies that provide website design
services for municipalities;AND,
WHEREAS,having interviewed several companies and compared services offered by said
companies,the committee recommends approval of a contract with 360 Wichita.com,LLC,in
order to facilitate the redesign ofthe City of Waukee website;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the contract and all connnents have been
addressed;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15th day of December 2008 that the contract with 360 Wichita.com,LLC,for City of
Waukee website design is hereby approved and that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
