RESOLUTION 08-274
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC (Series E),has completed
required improvements for Glynn Village Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician has reviewed the improvements on Glynn
ViIlage Plat 3 and has confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this]5th day of December,2008,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Glynn Village Plat 3.
