RESOLUTION 08-271
APPROVING AN lOW A ASSOCIATION OF MUNICIPAL UTILITIES (IAMU)
MUNICIPAL WIND PROJECT PARTICIPANT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities (IAMU)has partnered with 19 Iowa
cities to create the Iowa Agency for Municipal Wind (IAMWind)in order to study potential
municipal wind projects;AND,
WHEREAS,a Participant Confidentiality Agreement is proposed that sets forth certain
understandings and agreements regarding matters,actions or activities in connection with as
yet unnamed Iowa municipal wind projects;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15th day of December 2008 that the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities (IAMU)
Municipal Wind Project Participant Confidentiality Agreement is hereby approved.
