RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF DETAILED
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT AND
NOTICE TO BIDDERS ON THE SOUTH AREA TRUNK SEWER,
WAUKEE,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,Engineers,are hereby ordered and directed to
prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans and specifications for the construction of
the South Area Trunk Sewer,Waukee,Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby ordered and directed to
prepare and file with the Clerk a Notice to Bidders and form of contract for the
construction of the South Area Trunk Sewer,Waukee,Iowa.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of Decemher,2008.
