RESOLUTION 09-07
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL
OFFICERS FOR THE YEAR 2009
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee must annually appoint individual to the positions of
Chief of Police and City Health Officer;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has reappointed the following municipal officers
for calendar year 2009:
Chief of Police
City Health Officer
Larry J.Phillips
Dennis D.Dowell
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on the
5th of January,2009,does hereby approve the mayor's appointment of certain municipal
officers for the Year 2009.
