RESOLUTION 09-08
APPROVING A RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
WAUKEE AND XENIA RURAL WATER DISTRICT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Xenia Rural Water District desires to nm a 24-inch water main along Hickman
Road/Highway 6 within Waukee city limits;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed water main will be placed under certain City street segments that
ran north and south off of Hickman Road;AND,
WHEREAS,an agreement has been provided by Xenia Rural Water District to address
proposed work in City of Waukee rights of way,the nature of the water main construction and
possible future relocation of the water main;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 5th day of January 2009 that the Right of Way Agreement between the City of Waukee
and Xenia Rural Water District is hereby approved.
