RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST
WHEREAS,on the 15th day of December,2008,plans,specifications,form of
contract and estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of Waukee,Iowa,for the
construction of the South Area Trunk Sewer,Waukee,Iowa,within the corporate limits;
and
WHEREAS,notice of hearing on plans,specifications,form of contract,and
estimated cost was published as required by law:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the plans,specifications,form of contract and estimated cost are hereby
approved as the plans,specifications,form of contract and estimated cost for the
improvements for the project.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 5th day ofJanuary,2009.
