RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the bid of S.M.Hentges &Son of Jordan,MN,in the amount of
$1,920,157.50,for the construction of the South Area Trunk Sewer,Waukee,Iowa,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for the
project,after public hearing on published notice required by law,be and is hereby
accepted,the same being the lowest bid received for the work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute each contract awarded above
for the construction of the improvements,such contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 5th day of January,2009.
