RESOLUTION 09-14
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT RECEIVED FROM
PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN THE SOUTH OUTFALL SEWER PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,on November 17,2008,the Waukee City Council approved easements fi'0111
several property owners identified within the South Outfall Sewer Proj ect area within the
corporate limits of the City of Waukee granting the City an easement in order for the City to
install and maintain a sanitary sewer over and under said properties (Resolution #08-248);AND,
WHEREAS,the City has since received an additional easement from a property owner within
the South Outfall Sewer Project area;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee desires to approve said easement and
directs the Deputy City Clerk to file said easement of record with the Dallas County Recorder's
Office.
NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W AUKEE,IOWA,that the easement submitted by the property owner is attached hereto as
Exhibit A,and is hereby approved,subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Wankee,Iowa,and approved this the 5th day of
January,2009,
