RESOLUTION 09-11
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE SOUTHFORK AND WALNUT RIDGE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Ellingson Companies has completed the public improvements associated
with the Southfork and Walnut Ridge Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements for said Project and have
confirmed that the improvements constructed as a part of this Project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of January 2009 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Southfork and Walnut Ridge Sanitary Sewer hnprovement Proj ect.
