RESOLUTION 09-19
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE SCHOOLS SPORTS CAMPUS
PHASE 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site
Plan for Waukee Schools Sports Campus Phase 2 on December 16,2008;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Schools Sports Campus Plat 2 is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 5th day of January 2009 that the Site Plan for Waukee Schools Sports
Campus Phase 2 is approved subject to the following:
1.A final certificate of occupancy on the building will not be issued until the
improvements to Park Road are complete and acceptable to the City of
Waukee and the property that contains Park Road is deeded to the City of
Waukee.
2.Upon acceptance of the improvements and deed to the City of Waukee for
Park Road,the City will grant an ingress/egress easement for access across
Park Road to the Waukee School District prope
