RESOLUTION 09-48
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2008 SIDEWALK PROGRAM ASSISTANCE
APPLICATIONS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,authorized a sidewalk assistance
program in conjunction with the City's sidewalk improvement programs;AND
WHEREAS,several applications were received by the City for sidewalk assistance;AND
WHEREAS,City Staff has reviewed the applications submitted and finds that the applicants are
eligible under the program;AND
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that the applications should be approved.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa that
sidewalk assistance program applications for the following individuals are approved subject to
the completion and submittal of the fully executed documents as required by the City Attorney:
1.Donald W.Burger;
2.James L.Conn;
3.Justin Stevens;
4.Joe Richards;and
5.Margaret A.Stone.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved tills the 9th day of March
2009.
