RESOLUTION 2021-149
APPROVING VARIOUS AGREEMENTS CONCERNING CONSTRUCTION OF
FENCE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City routinely approves various easements which prohibit the location of
a fence within the easement area as a part of the subdivision process; AND,
WHEREAS, the owners of the following Properties are desirous of installing a fence on
their property within a portion of an existing easement:
l . 970 9"' Street;
2. 980 9`" Street;
3. 845 NE Addison Drive;
4. 2835 SE Bluestem Drive;
5. 2860 SE Bluestem Drive;
6. 845 NE Bobcat Drive;
7. 645 NE Brookshire Drive;
8. 605 Daybreak Drive;
9. 880 Daybreak Drive;
10. 1010 Daybreak Drive;
11. 65 Ford Lane;
12. 350 NW Georgetown Drive;
13. 57 NW Gracewood Drive,
14. 790 Gray Avenue:
15. 940 Gray Avenue;
16. 810 SE Harper Drive;
17. 850 Indian Ridge Drive;
18. 845 SE Mapleleaf Lane;
19. 625 SE Maxwell Drive;
20. 39 SE Pembrooke Lane;
21. 2875 SE Piedmont Circle;
22. 525 SE Tallgrass Lane; and,
23. 2115 SE Willowbrook Drive.
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is agreeable to the construction of a fence within a portion
of the various easements related to the properties specified above pursuant to the terms of the
Agreement Concerning Construction of Fence for each individual property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa
on this 19"' day of April, 2021, that the Agreement Concerning Construction of Fence in
connection with the Properties is hereby approved and accepted by the City of Waukee, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to file such Agreement Concerning Construction of Fence for
each property with the Dallas County, Iowa Recorder.
