RESOLUTION 09-47
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A JOHN DEERE nOCH GRADER FROM
MURPHY TRACTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $110,000.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase of
a road grader to be used by the Streets Department;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has received a bid from Murphy Tractor for used John Deere
nOCH Grader in the amount of$110,000.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 9th day of March 2009 that it hereby approves the purchase of a used John
Deere nOCH Grader from Murphy Tractor in the amount of$110,000.00.
