RESOLUTION 09-95
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR CRAIG DENTAL CLINIC
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Craig Dental Clinic on March 24,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Craig Dental Clinic is in general conformance with §304 -Site
Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 20th day of April 2009 that the Site Plan for Craig Dental Clinic is approved contingent
upon acquisition by Craig Dental Center,P.c.of Lot 2 of Wind field Commercial Plat 1;security
required under paragraph 4 of the Developer's Agreement being submitted and retained by the
City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with Dallas County,Iowa subject to final review and approval
by the City Attorney:
1.Easement for Water Main;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
easements related to the site plan of Craig Dental Clinic,as well as any other documents related
thereto,with the Dallas County Recorder.
